Brotherly Love

Now that Chris and I are raising two boys, aka brothers, I thought I would start a routine post dedicated to their relationship.  I got this idea this morning when Core and I were sitting at the table having breakfast together.  We were having waffles because it's the weekend so we had time for waffles and Core and I both LOVE them.  This weekend is Chris's first weekend back to work, so that means it's been my first weekend (2 full days) with just me and both the boys.  While Core and I were sitting enjoying our breakfast and a little one on one time (while little brother was napping), I said to Core, "Are you my buddy?"  He replied, " No,  I'm Graham's buddy".  I guess my feelings should have been hurt but it really touched me that he has already developed such a connection with his little brother. I thought how am I going to remember all of these precious little moments and thought it would be great to keep these memories in my blog to include in our yearly scrapbook/ family picture book.
