St. Patrick's Day is pretty big here in Baton Rouge. To celebrate we went to the St. Patty's Day parade today with some friends. Core had a blast and honestly, this parade was better than any Mardi Gras parade I've ever attended. They threw TONS of stuff. Core's stroller was literally filled with all kinds of loot including beads, stuffed animals, footballs, basebals/bats, hats, bubbles, cup, swords, and spears. We ended up giving most of it away, because it was just too much stuff to bring home. After the parade Core even helped one lady pick up all the extra beads that were left on the ground around us. He's such a big helper.

Core with is baseball bat and bubbles-
maybe the best catch of the day.
Pac caught a little stuffed snake and was so excited.
Check out this spear Core caught.
He loved it of course, but we had to take it away
before he started using it as the weapon it's intended to be.

Our Crew
oh and a note to self...
don't wear white when you're almost 38 weeks pregnant;
it's not very flattering.
