This is Hank's sad face...
Hank was our first "child", oh yeah besides Maya and Mikey (our cats). So I guess he's our third "child" technically. We sometimes forget to include the cats in our family count because cats are more independent and dogs really are more like having another child. Chris and I got Hank 2 months after we got married. And now almost 4.5 years later, he's still a big part of the family, but he's naturally taken a little bit of a back seat since we've had Core and Graham. I think all dogs sometimes go through a rough patch when their parents have children and they feel sad, because all of a sudden they go from getting all the attention to feeling left out. Poor Hankie sometimes looks sad; this is just the way boxer's look sometimes. He doesn't even realize it yet, but over the next few years he will have 2 boys that probably won't leave him alone and he'll be getting way more love and attention than he probably even wants.
Hank is just one of the guys these days.
