You know you're a working parent when...
-Your little boy ( who's less than 2) knows that when Daddy gets him out of bed in the morning, it means mommy is working and he says, " Mommy works". And vice versa when I get him out of bed in the morning, he says, " Daddy works".
- When Core sees me in my scrubs he says, "Mommy go to work".
- When I drop Core off at school/daycare, he realizes that means, Mommy and/or Daddy is working and he once again says, " Mommy work and Daddy work". This initially made me feel guilty, but then I quickly realized that Core loves being around other children his age and it's a great learning experience for him to interact with others during the day. He loves going to school so that makes having to take him there so much easier.

I agree, seeing the kids with their friends makes taking them to day care/preschool a little easier.
