My First Medal

 Look, my FIRST medal!

Core just finished his first semester of Little Gym and he received his very first medal last week. His class name is the " Birds", ages 10- 19 months.  I only had my camera on my phone last week but luckily Core had a make-up class this week and he received another medal and certificate so I was able to get some actual photos.  I thought it would be fun to share some of them with you all.
In case you've never heard of " The Little Gym", it is a smaller version of a typical gymnastics gymnasium with age based classes designed to help build skills of growth and development and confidence at each stage of childhood. Core has really enjoyed it and we are looking forward to his next semester.

Core actually stood on the high balance beam yesterday all by himself,
without any helping hands from his teacher Mrs. Erin.
But unfortunately, the battery on mommy's camera was low and she missed the photo opp.
He was so proud of himself.
