Our Little Indian

In preparation for Thanksgiving, Core has been learning all about Native American Indians this week at school and he's been loving it.  He is covered in Indian markings everyday when I pick him up from school and yesterday he was named " Chief Running Bull"!  And the one little girl in his class, Bella, was dressed with a papoose to carry her baby doll just as the Indians used to do it.  It was pretty cute. His school actually had a visit from " Strong Buffalo", an actual Native American Indian and he taught them about himself and his lifestyle. Core's teacher told me that he loved the tepee and was right in the middle of everything.  I actually think that we met " Mr. Strong Buffalo" at Red Bluff Farms a few weeks ago ( if you remember the previous tepee pics I posted from then).  At night Core has been practicing his Indian chant and it's like we have our own little Indian.
