Pigtails and Crewcuts- First Haircut

Core had his first haircut yesterday at Pigtails and Crewcuts!  It was a great experience and he never skipped a beat. I think it was harder for me than it was for him. Chris has been encouraging me to have it trimmed for a while now and I just didn't want to part with those baby curls, so I kept putting it off.  But Core's hair was starting to get a little unruly, especially around his ears so... it was time.

Pigtails and Crewcuts, is a salon designed especially for kids.  They have fun vehicles such as airplanes, cars, and firetrucks as the seats for the children to sit and play in as they get their haircut.  What a good idea, it kept Core distracted and content. 

His stylist was Miss Amber and she did a great job. I recommend checking out a Pigtails and Crewcuts salon near you, if you haven't already done so for your little ones. We will definitely be returning customers when the need arises again.  Fortunately, Core still has some curls remaining after his cut!
